Ari Simmons became the first US men’s epeeist to win a Cadet World Championship since Graham Wicas in 2007. Simmons won in dominating fashion throughout the day, coming from the 22nd seed after dropping a bout in the preliminary pool to winning his semi-final match 15-5!
