Hey there. The site has undergone a big change. I’m still updating the format on some of the other sections of the site, but I wanted to go ahead and launch this new design now so that everyone can get used to it.
The forum may look a little different, but it is the same in function – just some of the links have changed.
You now need to look to the left for the forum links to your Control Panel, Private Messages, etc. The seach form at the top left is for the main fencing.net site, use the “Search Posts” link to search within the forum posts.
Why the change? Well, it was time to change the look and feel of the site, and I’ve changed to a database driven content tool so that I can post more news items easier. This will also allow me to designate editors to submit their own news.
The #1 request when I did the site satisfaction survey a few months ago was to get more and better news on the site. I’ve got some stories in the pipeline that will help and I needed a better way to manage it all.
