Harpers UK has fencing in a photo spread

More fencing appearing in magazines and advertising this week.

Fencing keeps getting play in fashion photo spreads – expect to see that pick up some more with 2012 approaching.

Ben Bratton has shared his own find on our Facebook page.  Audi did their ad “inspired” of the Chrysler “Detroit” ad featuring Eminem’s “Lose Yourself”.  (In fact, Eminem is suing Audi for unauthorized use.)

The ad looks like a copy of the Chrysler  “Imported from Detroit” ad but it does feature fencing.  Check it out and compare the beats.  (Discussion of the ad over at AutoWeek.)

    Interesting that the audi ad implies that fencers are agressive drivers.  I always wonder if I’m more competitive than usual when I’m driving home from a night of bouting.
